Processing time

  •  Processing time takes between 5-7 days not yet include shipping time.

  • Since these are all handmade products, all orders will be processed on a "first come, first served" basis.

Shipping

  • At present, Komi offer shipping within the USA only. International shipping is currently unavailable.

  • Each order comes with a tracking number, allowing you to track its journey conveniently online.

  • If you encounter any issues regarding package delivery, please reach out to me via email. I will make every effort to ensure your order arrives at your doorstep safely.

Policy

  • Since these are made-to-order products, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

  • For any design or size changes, please contact me within 48 hours, and I will happily rearrange your order at no additional cost. However, I cannot accommodate changes after the 48-hour window.

  • Refunds are only available for orders that have not yet been processed. If you wish to cancel, please reach out to me immediately.

  • Please ensure you provide accurate nail size measurements when placing your order. Komi is not responsible for incorrect sizing on your part.
